Peanut Butter & Banana Breakfast Bowl

Some days I eat healthy. Or at least make food that tastes just as good as it is healthy. Or at least try to eat healthy. Or partially.

Anyways, the point is that breakfast bowls are great creations. They are the perfect morning meal that basically taste like ice cream. Put some granola and fruit on the top and you’re good to go. Especially when you get a combo like peanut butter and banana. All you need is a blender. Seriously.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
3 tablespoons of Earthbalance coconut peanut butter spread
A splash of milk
Toppings:
Banana
Cinnamon toasted coconut
Granola mix


 

  1. Combine all ingredients (excluding toppings) in blender. Blend until mixed.
  2. Pour in bowl and put toppings on as desired.
  3. Be happy because that’s all you have to do. Enjoy your awesome breakfast.
